Skin By Tata asks all clients to respect and adhere to the following policies:
Arrival
Please arrive a few minutes before your appointment. If you are late, your treatment will be adjusted to the time remaining.
Cancellation policy
Skin By Tata has reserved time and space especially for you and requires a 24-hours notice for cancelled or rescheduled appointments. If less than a 24 hours notice is given, clients will be charged 100% of the scheduled session fee.
Cell phones
To avoid disruption of services, cell phones should be silenced prior to your appointment and calls should not be taken during your appointment.
Children
To maintain a calm and soothing atmosphere, children are not permitted in the spa unless they are receiving a service.
Packages
Treatment packages must be used within one year. Store credit will be given for unused treatments from a package.
Payment
All products and services must be paid for during your scheduled appointment time. Skin By Tata accepts cash, check and all major credit cards.
Retin-A/Retinol
Please discontinue using all products containing Retin-A/Retinol at least 72 hours prior to any facial or waxing treatment. Retin-A/Retinol products used within 72 hours of a treatment can result in scabbing both on the face and the brows. If you have any questions or concerns, please don’t hesitate to ask.
Returns
Unused or gently used products can be exchanged for store credit within 30 days of purchase.
